What you'll do
- Build and manage talent pipelines for roles across tech, product, ops, and business
- Map talent markets and create talent pools for Lithuania (and eventually global roles)
- Screen and qualify candidates
- Execute creative outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and niche communities
- Maintain organized candidate data in ATS and sourcing tools
Who we're looking for
- 1–2+ years of experience in sourcing or recruitment
- Strong Boolean search and talent market mapping skills
- Experience sourcing via LinkedIn and professional communities
- Excellent communication skills and creativity in outreach
- Analytical mindset, fast learner, and curiosity to try new sourcing approaches
- Strong sense of autonomy and ownership
