About the role
We're looking for a hacker that can ship quality code fast and can work quite independently without too much oversight or guidance. You'll brainstorm the product with us and set off to ship great code that helps our customers grow their businesses.
What you can expect
Main responsibilites
- Build and ship features across the whole Sintra platform
- Collaborate with design and product to turn ideas into reality
- Own projects from architecture to deployment
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Improve performance, reliability, and scalability of the platform
- Participate in code reviews and help shape engineering best practices
- Contribute to technical decisions and roadmap planning
- Move fast, stay curious, and take initiative.


What we expect
About you
- At least 4+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- Strong skills in React, Python, and Next.js.
- Ability to ship quality code fast.
- Experience in startups or strong tech teams.
- Work well independently and take ownership.
- Product mindset - you care about user experience and impact.
- Bonus: experience with scalable systems and clean architecture.
What you can expect

- Salary ranges from €5,000 to €8,000 depending on expertise and skill level.
- Hybrid as **** there's not set hours, work from anywhere and come in whenever you like – if you ship results fast, we really don't care where you work from.
- Lunch is with the whole team – we get freshly produced food by our lovely cooks who always put a lot of love and effort into what we eat.
- Stock package included after the end of trial.
- Personal trainer so you can go to the gym with a chosen gym buddy at the team and train with someone from the team, together. This is obviously optional.
- Team travels are usually scheduled spontaneously. Last time we were in San Francisco, CA with the entire team.
