What you'll do
- Own all financial decision-making
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Drive fundraising strategy and manage investor relations
- Build financial systems that scale with the company
- Partner with leadership to make high-impact business decisions
- Ensure compliance without slowing down the business
Who we're looking for
- CFO or senior finance leader experience in high-growth environments
- Real experience raising large VC rounds (at least one >$50M)
- Deep understanding of finance, planning, compliance, and capital strategy
- Someone who can explain complex financial logic clearly
- Independent, proactive, comfortable owning big-picture financial outcomes
