What can social media scheduler Soshie do for you?
Our social media scheduling tools cover five parts of the scheduling workflow. Each one runs in Social Media Manager or in direct chat with Soshie.
- Post suggestions from Brain AI. Social media scheduler can pull from your brand info to suggest posts in the top-left corner of the dashboard.
- Direct scheduling to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Soshie schedules to your connected accounts. Every post waits for your Schedule click before it goes live.
- Content themes. Pick from existing themes or chat with Soshie to create new ones. Themes shape the post suggestions it generates.
- Custom instructions. Tell Soshie what to include or skip (hashtags, emojis, formatting rules). The AI applies them to every future post.
- One-on-one chat scheduling. Chat with Soshie directly to create and schedule a specific post, with image upload or generation.
You schedule social media posts with our AI Social Media Manager - Soshie. For weekly rhythm - it pulls post suggestions from Brain AI that you edit and schedule. Or chat with Soshie directly for one-off posts on specific topics. Both methods schedule to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn (personal or organization). Every post needs your click on the Schedule button before it goes live.
The full setup takes about 10 minutes.

Setting up Soshie for social media scheduling
Four steps. The first three are one-time setup. After that, scheduling is the same flow every time.
1. Sign up for Sintra and select Soshie
Go to Sintra and pick your plan. Soshie costs $39/mo. Sintra X is $97/mo and includes all 12 helpers.
2. Set up Brain AI (~5 min)
Open the Brain AI tab. Upload your brand guide, tone of voice, target audience, and 3 to 5 top-performing posts. Soshie pulls from this for every suggestion. Skip this and your posts come back generic.
3. Connect your social accounts
Go to Brain AI. Click the integration for the platform you want. On the right, click Connect. Login to the account. A green checkmark confirms the connection.
One account per platform per workspace. If you use LinkedIn personal, you can connect one LinkedIn personal account in that workspace. Same for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn organization. For multiple accounts on one platform, use separate workspaces.
4. Enable Social Media Manager
Go to the automation section. Toggle on Social Media Manager. This is what pulls post suggestions into your dashboard.
How Soshie schedules your social media posts in 11 steps
Each step is one action inside Social Media Manager or Soshie's chat. Run steps 1 to 8 for the suggestion-based workflow. Run steps 9 and 10 once for setup. Use step 11 when you need a specific post outside the regular queue.
Method 1: Schedule from a Social Media Manager suggestion
Open Social Media Manager from your automation section. The dashboard loads with post suggestions ready. From there, run these seven steps.
1. Pick a post suggestion. The top-left corner of the dashboard shows post suggestions Soshie generated from your Brain AI. Click through them and pick one to schedule.
2. Edit or add images. Click on the image. You can resize it or add another image. To add a second one, click "add to carousel". When you're done, click done. The post now has one image or a carousel.
3. Edit the text. Move to the content section below the image. Edit the post text freely. Click save. A green checkmark at the top confirms the change.
4. Set the publishing date and time. Pick a date. Set a time. Click save again. You'll see "post updated successfully" with a green checkmark.
5. Pick the platform. Click the platform icon on the post. A list of your connected accounts opens. Pick the one you want to publish to.
6. Click Schedule. This is the click that puts the post live at the time you set. A green checkmark confirms it. The post turns green and gets a "scheduled" label in the queue.
Important: posts do not publish without this click. A chat confirmation or a saved edit isn't enough. The Schedule button is the only way to push a post live.
7. Confirm it's in the queue. Look at the dashboard. Scheduled posts show green with a "scheduled" label. The post will publish at the time you set.
Method 2: Schedule via direct chat with Soshie
Use this method when you have a specific topic in mind that Soshie's suggestions don't cover. The flow is shorter and lives entirely in chat.
1. Open the chat. Click the plus icon next to the gear icon. A chat window with Soshie opens.
2. Send a clear prompt. Tell Soshie what to write and where to post it. Be specific about the platform.
Soshie checks your Custom Instructions first. Then AI drafts a post.
3. Add a photo. Soshie asks for an image. Upload your own, or ask in chat to generate one. If you upload your own, include please use this photo in your prompt so it's used, instead of generating a new one.
4. Review and click Schedule. Soshie responds "created a post". Click Review to open the content. From here you can edit the text, change the publishing date, or replace the image. Click Schedule. The post appears in the scheduled section of Social Media Manager.
Edit or delete a scheduled post
Click any scheduled post in Social Media Manager. Edit the text, image, date, time, or platform, then click save. Click Delete to remove the post entirely. Deleted posts won't publish.
Manual scheduling vs. AI scheduling with Soshie
Tips for better AI social media scheduling
Five things that move scheduling quality the most.
- Set up Brain AI before your first batch. Suggestions come from Brain AI. Without your brand guide, audience, and top posts, suggestions come back generic. Spend 5 minutes uploading your style and a few examples.
- Lock in Custom Instructions during setup. Decide your rules once - hashtags, emojis, line breaks, format. Save them in Custom Instructions. Soshie respects them for every future post in both methods. Skip this and you'll edit every post by hand.
- Always click the Schedule button. Posts don't go live without it. A chat confirmation isn't enough. Build the approval click into your weekly batch routine so nothing sits in draft.
- Plan around one account per platform per workspace. If you manage two LinkedIn pages, you'll need separate workspaces. Same for Facebook and Instagram. Set this up before you connect anything.
- Use suggestions for weekly rhythm. Use direct chat for one-offs. Social Media Manager keeps your queue full with suggestions pulled from Brain AI. Direct chat is for specific topics or off-schedule posts you need to send today.

What is AI social media scheduling?
AI social media scheduling uses an AI helper to suggest posts, edit them, and schedule them to your connected accounts. With Soshie, you get suggestions pulled from Brain AI, an in-dashboard editor for text and images, and direct scheduling to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You approve every post before it goes live.
Which platforms does Soshie support for scheduling?
Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn (personal and organization accounts). Other platforms aren't supported for direct scheduling yet.
Do posts go live automatically after I create them?
No. Every post needs a manual click on the Schedule button. Without that click, the post sits as a draft and won't publish. A chat confirmation or a saved edit isn't enough.
Can I edit or delete a scheduled post?
Yes. Open Social Media Manager, click the scheduled post, and edit the text, image, date, time, or platform. Click save to update. Click Delete to remove it. Deleted posts won't publish.
Can I connect multiple accounts per platform in one workspace?
No. One workspace supports one account per platform. If you manage two LinkedIn personal pages, you'll need a separate workspace for each. Same rule applies for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn organization.
