Eligibility

This policy applies only to purchases made on web checkout at www.sintra.ai. Purchases made via Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to their refund policies and must be requested through those platforms.

Time Frame

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. The 14-day period starts on the transaction date shown on your receipt. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund.

Requesting a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our team at [email protected] with your account email and (optionally) the reason for your request. Our team will review it and get back to you within 1-2 business days.

Refund Processing

If we approve your refund request, the refund will be processed, and your subscription will be cancelled with access ending immediately. The refund amount will be returned to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Conditions

Proration: Refunds are issued in full for eligible requests. We do not offer prorated refunds outside the 14-day period.
Feedback: Due to the nature of digital products, we may ask for feedback on your experience to help us improve our offerings. This feedback is not mandatory for receiving a refund.
Non-Refundable Items: Usage credits / credit top-ups (including unused credits) are non-refundable.
