About the role
We're looking for a performance-driven Media Buyer to join our marketing team and take the lead on high-budget paid campaigns.
This role is all about scale, precision, and creativity.
What you can expect
Main responsibilites
- Strategize, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, etc.
- Manage daily budgets exceeding $30K with efficiency and control
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and experimentation
- Lead creative testing to find winning combinations of ads, audiences, and channels
- Work with the creative team to brief, review, and refine ad assets
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance metrics
- Communicate campaign insights clearly to stakeholders and the team


What we expect
About you
- At least 2 years of hands-on media buying experience in high-spend environments
- Proven success managing and scaling budgets over $30K/day
- Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and attribution
- Strong analytical skills - you're fluent in spreadsheets and dashboards
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and at least one other major platform
- Highly organized, autonomous, and performance-obsessed.

- Salary ranges from €3,000 to €5,000 depending on expertise and skill level.
- Bonus is uncapped and tied directly to revenue growth

- Team travels are usually scheduled spontaneously. Last time we were in San Francisco, CA with the entire team.
