About the role
We're looking for a sharp, hands-on Product Designer to join our fast-paced team. You’ll own the entire design process — from user insight to pixel-perfect execution — and help shape products that people love. If you're excited by autonomy, impact, and startup energy, you’ll feel right at home.

- Collaborate closely with developers and other team members to bring ideas to life
- Research user behavior, analyze product data, and advocate for user needs in every design decision
- Spot design/product gaps and propose improvements
- Bring clarity to chaos: help structure and evolve the design system, processes, and product thinking
- Contribute to improving core features and exploring new product ideas
- Balance speed and quality - delivering fast iterations without sacrificing design depth
- Jump in wherever needed - startup mode means variety, change, and big opportunity
